In short

From start to finish: a verified agent in your area takes charge, you decide at every step, and you only pay if it sells.

01

You start with a valuation, no strings

You enter the address and a few basics about the property. You get an initial price guide based on local market comparables, and you decide whether to continue. There's no cost and no obligation to go on.

02

A verified local agent is assigned

Albaysol isn't an anonymous portal: your sale is handled by an accredited person who knows your neighbourhood. You'll see their profile, experience and recent deals before accepting. If they're not a fit, you can ask for another.

03

You prepare the property together

Professional photography, floor plan, energy certificate and listing on the main portals. The agent coordinates the services and you approve each piece of material before it goes live.

04

Viewings, offers and negotiation

The agent screens interested buyers, organises viewings and brings you every offer with a recommendation. You always decide: accept, negotiate or wait. You receive regular reports of real activity.

05

Deposit, signing and closing

When there's an agreement, the agent prepares the deposit and the paperwork, coordinates with the notary and stays with you through to signing. Fees are charged only then, if the sale closes.

Indicative content. It does not replace legal advice for a specific case.
