Each independent agent sets their fees and conditions. You sign them directly with them in the engagement letter and see them before choosing. Albaysol charges no commission on the sale price.

Optional professional services
Separate, visible price

Photography, floor plan, energy certificate and other services may have a separate price. They are shown separately and only activated if you approve them.

What we do not charge

The transaction is not our product. We don't take a percentage of your home's price.

We never touch deposits, earnest money or transfers. That's a direct banking relationship.
