No. Each agent proposes and explains their valuation; Albaysol does not set the sale price.

No. If no proposal convinces you, you are not obliged to choose and your contact details are not shared.
How much does comparing cost?
During the pilot, comparing has no cost for the seller. Optional professional services are shown separately before you activate them.
What happens if there are no suitable agents for my area?
If there isn't enough coverage, we don't force a comparison. We'd rather not open an area too early.
